TO BE A MEMBER, HE;
- Must be a Filipino and residing/ or working in the are of operation;
- Ages between 18-60, good citizen, in a good health condition & capacity to contract.
The propective members should
- Pledge to undertake the respoonsibilitiesof a member;
- Complete the prescribed pre-membership education seminar (PMES); and
- Use or anticipate and to use te service of cooperative more practically the savings and loaning services and othe allied services related hereto.
How to apply for membership:
- Fill-up application form & personal profile form; application shall be accompanied by a membership fee of two hundred pesos (php 200.00);
- The applicant shall subscribe for atleast 50 shares with a total value of php 5,000.00 of which atleast php 2,000.00 corresponding 20 shares shall be paid upon submission of the application for membership. The membership and subscription agreement shall provide the terms of payment on the unpaid subscription.
